So theres this neighborhood in Myami called Edgewater which is located just north of Downtown and I think its cool. It has these streets that lead to Biscayne Bay which I always find myself hanging out at. Then came the other day. Me and a friend were cruising the area looking for a view and sure enough we found one.
With an increasing divide of todays Hip Hop music and culture, Legacy looks to lead by example with his latest project yet, “Back to The Basics”. Accompanied by long time friend and South Florida legend, Dj Heron, the two have managed to successfully create a feeling that can only be described as… Nostalgia.
This is a tragedy. I kind of had some idea what to write here, but really I have no words. This is the saddest I’ve ever seen our city. I put up a collection of photos to show what a joyous player he was. Jose Fernandez will never be forgotten in Miami. Rest in Peace.
So here we are on the edge of our 305th post. It’s been an interesting journey trying to solve this riddle we call Myami. Cruising around the expressways and avenues till the sun comes up. Climbing on rooftops. Searching the darkest corners of the internet. Conversing with the inhabitants of these insane streets. It has only just begun. Next post is 305!
